Abstract:
Disclosed are a surface-enhanced Raman scattering substrate for detecting an aromatic coenzyme NAD+/NADH and a preparation method therefor and the use thereof, which is applicable to the technical field of spectrum detecting. The preparation method comprises: mixing a trisodium citrate solution, a sodium borohydride solution and a template agent solution to obtain a mixed solution; dropwise adding a silver nitrate solution to the mixed solution under stirring; and continuing the stir for 5-10 min, to obtain the surface-enhanced Raman scattering substrate for detecting the aromatic coenzyme NAD+/NADH. The template agent is a polymer containing a benzene ring in the molecular structure thereof. The SERS substrate has a very strong adsorption to the biological coenzyme NAD+/NADH, and can effectively improve the adsorption efficiency to the NAD+/NADH, and so improves the SERS signal quality and detecting time, thereby achieving the ultrasensitive detection for the NAD+/NADH.
