Abstract:
A surface-enhanced Raman scattering (SERS) unit (1A) is provided with: an SERS element (2) having a substrate, and an optical functional part (20) that is formed on the substrate, and causes surface-enhanced Raman scattering; a measuring substrate (3) that supports the SERS element (2) during measurements; and a holding part (4) that electrically holds the SERS element (2) in the measuring substrate (3).
