Abstract:
A surface light-emitting flexible tubular neon lamp, comprising: a flexible strip core wire (1) extrusion-molded with a flexible transparent material, the core wire (1) being internally provided with at least two conductive wires (4) in the longitudinal direction and two through holes (7) symmetrical about a cross-section midline, the edges of the cross-sections of the through holes (7) being at least partially non-smooth, and the edges of the through holes (7) on the side near the periphery of the core wire (1) being respectively provided with longitudinal open grooves along the cross-section midline of the core wire (1); two flexible patch lamp bands (3) placed separate and parallel in the two through holes (7), the LEDs (6) on different lamp bands (3) being arranged face to face or back to back; and a flexible coating layer (2) extrusion-molded with a flexible transparent material and used for encapsulating the core wire (1), the core wire (1) being located in the center of the coating layer (2), and being integrated with the coating layer (2). The neon lamp emits soft, continuous and shadowless light throughout the surface, and has a simple structure and low cost, and is easy to maintain.
