Abstract:
The present invention relates to a surface light source device which is applicable to the technical field of display devices and, for example, uses a micro light emitting diode (LED). The present invention may comprise: a substrate; a plurality of light emitting elements arranged on the substrate at regular intervals; partition walls surrounding each of the light emitting elements; reflection units positioned above the light emitting elements and having reflective surfaces facing the light emitting elements; support layers forming an optical distance of a predetermined thickness on the light emitting elements; light reflecting patterns disposed on the support layer and reflecting light emitted from the light emitting elements; and diffusion layers positioned on the light reflecting patterns.
