Abstract:
Disclosed in the present specification are a surface-modified amphiphilic anisotropic powder, an emulsion composition containing the same, and a method for preparing the same. The amphiphilic anisotropic powder has increased hydrophilicity due to surface modification, and is capable of controlling emulsion properties due to control of amphiphilic properties. Also, the emulsion composition contains the surface-modified amphiphilic anisotropic powder, thereby having an effect of improving emulsion stability with polar oil, compatibility with an anionic substance such as a thickener, and dispersibility of emulsion particles, which can minimize the amount of the thickener used.
