Abstract:
Disclosed is a surface mount crystal oscillator, wherein a crystal oscillator housing (1) encloses an oscillating circuit (4) and lead terminals (5) and covers onto a PCB base plate (2). An inner wall and an outer wall of the housing (1) are both made of a high-temperature-resistant adhesive material which is adhered to the PCB base plate (2) to form an airtight chamber; in a secondary return flow, the PCB base plate (2) synchronously pulls (bilaterally "grasps") the housing (1) by virtue of the high-temperature-resistant adhesive material on the inner and outer sides of the housing (1) so as to prevent the housing (1) from dislodging from the PCB base plate (2). The grasping force is higher compared with traditional unilateral "grasping", thus effectively reducing the risk of cap explosion.
