Abstract:
A surface plasmon-optic-electric hybrid conducting nanoheterostructure and a preparation method therefor. The nanoheterostructure comprises an excitation light source (1), a semiconductor nanostructure array (2), a two-dimensional surface plasmon micro-nano structure (3), sub-wavelength plasmon polariton guided waves (4), outgoing light waves (5), a one-dimensional surface plasmon micro-nano structure (6), a wire (7), a metal electrode (8), a conductive substrate (9), probe molecules (10), an atomic force microscopic conductive probe (11), and a voltage source (12). According to the method, free metal ions, air, water and oxygen on a metal substrate are controlled, so that distribution and density controllable semiconductor seed crystals can be realized, height consistent control of the seed crystals is realized, and the aspect ratio and distribution of the semiconductor structures are strictly controlled by means of continuous growth. A new nano-optical platform is provided to study novel effects produced by interaction between light and substances.
