Abstract:
Provided are a surface skin material and a steering wheel that can be easily manufactured from few layers while having electroconductive properties and ensuring flexibility. A surface skin material 1 is characterized by being provided with a base material layer 11, an elastic body layer 12 layered on the base material layer 11, a coating layer 13 applied to the elastic body layer 12, and a shield layer 14 layered on the side of the base material layer 11 opposite the elastic body layer 12, and moreover is characterized in that the elastic body layer 23 includes an electroconductive material.
