Abstract:
The present invention relates to the field of polishing apparatuses, and relates in particular to a surface smart polishing apparatus. A clamping apparatus clamps a plurality of workpieces to be polished, and drives the workpieces to rotate. The inside of a support rod is hollow, and the support rod is communicated with the inside of a linkage cylinder, so that when the support rod slides towards the side away from a slide plate, the pressure intensity inside the linkage cylinder is reduced. A guide wheel frame is slidably arranged on the support rod, and is communicated with the inside of the support rod, so that when the pressure intensity inside the support rod is reduced, the guide wheel frame contracts towards the inside of the support rod. Each guide wheel is rotatably arranged on one guide wheel frame, and an outer surface of a polishing belt is in friction contact with an outer surface of a workpiece. A sensing assembly is used for driving the support rod to slide towards the side away from the slide plate when the diameter of the workpiece increases. The positive pressure of the polishing belt with respect to the side of the workpiece close to the slide plate is kept unchanged, so as to prevent the polishing belt from excessively polishing the workpiece, and so that workpieces of different sizes can be polished.
