Abstract:
This surface temperature measurement system comprises: a thermopile thermal sensor that measures the surface temperature of an object to be measured; and a processing unit that corrects the measurement value of the thermal sensor on the basis of the distance between the thermal sensor and the object to be measured in the optical axis direction of the thermal sensor, and the amount of positional displacement of the object to be measured with respect to the optical axis of the thermal sensor.
