Abstract:

Provided are: a surface-treated aluminum material and a method for manufacturing the same; and a bonded body of a surface-treated aluminum material and a member subjected to bonding, the bonded body comprising said surface-treated aluminum material and said bonding member such as a resin, and a method for manufacturing the bonded body. The surface-treated aluminum material is characterized by: including an aluminum substrate and an alkali AC electrolysis oxide film formed on at least a part of the surface of the aluminum substrate; the alkali AC electrolysis oxide film including a porous type aluminum oxide film layer formed on the surface side and a barrier type aluminum oxide film layer formed on the base side; and having a plurality of processing grooves formed perpendicular to the plastic working direction.
