Abstract:
Provided is a surface-treated base (100) which is characterized by comprising, on the surface of a base (10) sequentially from the base (10) side, a nickel plating layer (20) that contains sulfur atoms in an amount of 0.01-0.13% by weight and a treatment coating film (30) that is formed of a treatment agent having a hydrophobic group and a hydrophilic group. It is preferable for the surface-treated base (100) of the present invention that the treatment coating film (30) has a thickness of 1-100 nm. It is also preferable for the surface-treated base (100) of the present invention that the treatment agent is a compound that has a fluorinated carbon chain as a hydrophobic group.
