Specifically provided is a resin product that is surface-treated using a surface treatment agent containing a fluoropolyether group-containing polymer-modified silane and/or a partially hydrolyzed condensate thereof capable of forming a water- and oil-repellent layer exhibiting excellent wear resistance on a resin surface in a short time under mild curing conditions such as room-temperature curing. The present invention uses a surface treatment agent that contains a fluoropolyether group-containing polymer-modified silane represented by formula (1) [Rf represents a monovalent or divalent fluoropolyether group-containing polymer residue; Y represents a hydrocarbon group having a valence of 2-6 and also having a siloxane bond, a silalkylene structure or a silarylene structure; R represents an alkyl group or a phenyl group; X represents a hydrolyzable group; n is 1-3; m is 1-5; Z represents a hydrogen atom or a group represented by -SiR'(3-a)X'a -W-(SiR(3-n)Xn)b AA (R' is identical to R, X' is identical to X, W is identical to Y, a is 0-3, b is 1-5, and E is a monovalent organic group); and α is 1 or 2], and/or a partially hydrolyzed condensate thereof.
