Abstract:
[Problem] To provide: a surface-treated steel sheet and an organic resin-coated steel sheet in which adhesion with a coating resin is maintained without excessively increasing the amount of Ni plating; a method for producing the same; and a container using said organic resin-coated steel sheet. [Solution] A surface-treated steel sheet characterized by comprising a substrate, a particulate Ni plating layer formed on the substrate, and a Sn plating layer formed on the Ni plating layer, wherein the Ni particle density in the Ni plating layer is 500-1,000 particles/µm2, the average Ni particle size is 0.01-0.05 µm, the plating amount in the Ni plating layer is 0.01-1.0 g/m2, and the plating amount in the Sn plating layer is 0.4-2.0 g/m2.
