Abstract:
[Problem] To provide: a surface-treated steel sheet and an organic resin-coated steel sheet in which corrosion resistance is improved while reducing the Ni elution amount; a method for producing the same; and a container using said organic resin-coated steel sheet. [Solution] This surface-treated steel sheet is characterized by comprising: a steel sheet; and a Ni plating layer, a Sn plating layer, and an alloy layer formed on the steel sheet. The surface-treated steel sheet is further characterized in that the alloy layer includes Ni-Sn and/or Ni-Sn-Fe, the Sn alloying rate is from 20% to 90%, inclusive, of the plating amount of the Sn plating layer, and the atomic ratio Ni/Sn between Ni and Sn after detinning is from 0.05 to 5.0, inclusive.
