Title:
SURFACE-TREATED STEEL SHEET, ORGANIC RESIN-COATED STEEL SHEET, AND CONTAINER USING SAME
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2018/042980
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
[Problem] To provide a surface-treated steel sheet, etc. for which it is possible to limit the occurrence of sulfidation blackening while taking the effects of stannous oxide and stannic oxide into consideration. [Solution] This surface-treated steel sheet: comprises a steel sheet, a tin plating layer formed on the steel sheet and a chemical conversion film that is formed on the tin plating layer and contains essentially no chromium; and is characterized in that in measurements using anode polarization, the current density ratio of the current density I1 at a potential representing the reaction of stannous oxide (SnO) after undergoing heat treatment equivalent to coating baking with respect to the sum (I1+I2) where I2 is the current density at a potential representing the reaction of stannic oxide (SnO2) is less than 0.36.
