Abstract:
A surface-treated substrate which comprises a substrate comprising at least one substance selected from the group consisting of fiber-reinforced plastics, glasses, and ceramics and a surface treatment layer disposed on a surface of the substrate, wherein the surface treatment layer comprises a silane-coupling-agent treatment layer formed by treating the substrate with a silane coupling agent and a functional-group-containing layer formed by reacting one or more compounds selected from the group consisting of isocyanate compounds, thiol compounds, epoxy compounds, and amino compounds with a functional group contained in the silane coupling agent, the functional-group-containing layer having functional groups derived from the compounds.
