Abstract:

[Problem] To provide a surface-treating agent which can rapidly form a cured coating film through simple steps and which has excellent storability. [Solution] The present invention provides: a surface-treating agent which comprises (A) a fluorinated organosilicon compound having at least one hydrolyzable group in the molecule and (B) a compound having a phosphonic ester group in the molecule, the component (B) being contained in an amount of 0.001-15 parts by mass per 100 parts by mass of the sum of the components (A) and (B); and an article including a cured object obtained from the surface-treating agent.
