Abstract:
The present invention provides a surface treatment device and a surface treatment method with which it is possible for a workpiece to be finished to a high quality in a more reliable manner. In a first checking step, the number of workpieces (W) to be delivered to areas (20A, 42A, 74A) in which a pre-washing step, a shot peening step and a post-washing step are respectively performed is counted, and the condition of the surface of the workpieces (W) is detected. Further, in a second checking step, the number of workpieces (W) discharged from the areas in which the pre-washing step, the shot peening step and the post-washing step are respectively performed is counted, and the condition of the surface of the workpieces (W) is detected.
