Abstract:
Provided is a surface treatment device that can easily reduce the time required for surface treatment while maintaining flow of an electrolytic treatment solution. An electrode device 16 is provided with a closed part 15 facing a bottom part 12c of a bottomed hole 12 when inserted inside the bottomed hole 12, and a flow through hole 17 linking the inside and outside of the electrode device 16 is formed in the electrode device 16. When surface treatment is implemented on the inner wall surface 12e of the bottomed hole 12, the hollow electrode device 16 is inserted into the inside of the bottomed hole 12, the electrolytic treatment solution is made to flow through the space inside the bottomed hole 12, and power is applied across the electrode device 16 and the inner wall surface 12e of the bottomed hole 12. The closed part 15 faces the bottom part 12c of the bottomed hole 12 as an electrode across a prescribed surface area; therefore, electroplating at the bottom part 12c of the bottomed hole 12 proceeds to the same extent as other sites.
