Abstract:
The present invention relates to a surface-waterproofing base for mineral board using a mixed-use nonwoven fabric and a waterproofing coating layer, and to a production method therefor, and relates to an invention wherein a surface-waterproofing base, in which a waterproofing coating layer is formed on top of a single nonwoven fabric, is produced by providing the steps of: producing a mixed-use nonwoven fabric by mixing cellulose fibre, glass fibre and an organic fibre; producing a waterproofing coating liquid comprising an acrylic binder solid fraction, water, an inorganic filler, a water-repelling agent, a pigment and an antimicrobial agent; and coating and drying the waterproofing coating liquid on top of the mixed-use nonwoven fabric; thereby making it possible to improve adhesion with the mineral board and to provide an economic surface-waterproofing base for buildings.
