Abstract:
A surface wave time-frequency regulation-based localized heterogeneous composite material preparation device and method. Said method comprises: uniformly mixing functional particles, a photosensitive liquid and a photoinitiator; inputting, into a pair of frequency-variable surface acoustic wave transducers (2), periodic time-frequency regulation sinusoidal signals with a frequency, a duration, intermittent time and time difference, such that the pair of frequency-variable surface acoustic wave transducers (2) are excited to generate corresponding acoustic surface standing waves, which are coupled into the interior of a liquid container (3) to form a localized sound field in the photosensitive liquid, and the functional particles in the photosensitive liquid are subjected to an action of a sound radiation force of the localized sound field to form a stable array distribution; and turning on an ultraviolet light source (4) for curing to complete manufacturing. The method achieves localized sound field distribution inside a liquid container, achieves preparation of a corresponding localized heterogeneous composite material, and solves the problem of poor regional selectivity in preparation of an acoustic surface wave-assisted heterogeneous composite material.
