Abstract:
The objective of the present invention is to provide: a surfactant composition resistant to the formation of insoluble salts and that contains safer and extremely stable micelles or vesicles; and a hair cosmetic material containing the surfactant composition. The surfactant composition is characterized by containing micelles or vesicles containing surfactin and a specific cationic surfactant.
