Abstract:
The discharge resistors (1, 2, 24, 25) of a surge arrester are held together by means of an isolating adhesive (14, 22, 23). Microscopic or macroscopic elevations (20, 21) of a metal layer arranged between adjacent discharge resistors press their way through the adhesive and form contact areas.
