Abstract:
A surge protection method, a surge protection device and an electrical apparatus. The surge protection method comprises: determining a phase of an electrical power source inputted by an electrical power source device (S11); setting a baseline reference threshold according to the phase of the electrical power source (S12); acquiring a surge signal, and determining whether an amplitude of the surge signal exceeds a reference threshold currently used for determination, wherein the reference threshold is obtained by modifying the baseline reference threshold according to the phase of the electrical power source (S13); if the amplitude of the surge signal exceeds the reference threshold currently used for determination, triggering surge protection for the electrical power source device (S14); and if the amplitude of the surge signal does not exceed the reference threshold currently used for determination, modifying the reference threshold according to the phase of the electrical power source (S15). The surge protection method, the surge protection device and the electrical apparatus adjust, according to a phase of an electrical power source, a reference threshold to be compared with an amplitude of a surge signal. Thus, the reference threshold is not kept at a constant value, preventing surge protection from being erroneously triggered by interference while maintaining sensitivity of surge protection.
