Description:
SURGICAL BONE CUTTING DEVICE WITH ELECTRONIC CONTROL

DESCRIPTION

Field of the Invention

The present invention relates to a surgical bone device with electronic control used in orthopedics, general surgery, neurosurgery, plastic surgery fields. Background of the Invention

The drive generated in bone cutting devices used today is transferred to the shaft my means of gears, and the shaft makes the right and left movement as set over from the axis. However, in these bone cutting devices used today, there is no device which directly connects the motor to the shaft and thus prevents the power loss, and the shaft setover angle of which is four degrees. In devices used today, the speed calibration is performed magnetically in 24 ampere motor.

Russian Patent Document no. RU2198609, an application known in the state of the art, discloses a device used in medullary canal present in bone tissues and various bones of the skeleton. There are milling cutters in the device in order to cut in different diameters, and these cutters are located on the rod. The rod is directly connected to the driver. The working end of the rod has threads and axial recesses. There are projections in the inner hole of the cutter corresponding to the recesses. There are also threads on the projections.

Chinese Patent Document no CN 103251446, an application known in the state of the art, discloses an electric numerical control bone cutting reamer device. Bone cutting reamer is comprised of a replaceable cutter device, a main transmission gear, a butt-joint transmission gear, a cutter advancing-and-retreating controlling device, a trigger driving controlling device. This device has features such as high automation degree of this device, accurate and reliable curative effect, time saving by means of short operation time. This device can perform reaming process accurately in bones with 45 mm diameter and 8 mm depth. Furthermore, this device also allows bone cutting accurately in narrow areas with small movements.

Japanese Patent Document no. JP2005193046, an application known in the state of the art, discloses a milling system used to create a cavity in the bone. In this milling system (20), there is a drive shaft (128), a frame (24) for supporting a cutter, and a cutter (22) for dissecting a cavity in the bone. The drive shaft (128) has a distal end part constructed so as to connect drive joint with the cutter. The frame comprises a shaft part, a cutter attaching part for attaching the cutter to the shaft part. This attaching part includes a bracket (64) extending along the lateral axis from the shaft to the bearing part.

Summary of the Invention

The objective of the present invention is to provide a surgical bone device with electronic control which is directly connected to the shaft and thus in which the power loss is prevented. Another objective of the present invention is to provide a surgical bone device with electronic controls wherein the set-over angle of the shaft is reduced from 6 degrees to 4 degrees.

A further objective of the present invention is to provide a surgical bone device with electronic control wherein oscillation movement is decreased and power loss is prevented, and therefore incision is achieved in narrow space with small movements or via vibration.

Yet another objective of the present invention is to provide surgical bone device with electronic control which enables the 6 batteries with 12 amperes to be converted into 24 amperes by means of PBS circuits, and thus which is isolated from the mains electricity and wherein more comfortable movement space and mobility is achieved.
