Abstract:
A surgical gown (100) comprising a gown body (10) for being worn by a user, the gown body (10) comprising a sterile area (11) prohibiting bacterial contamination and a nonsterile area (12) permitting bacterial contamination; and a contamination prevention structure (80), the contamination prevention structure (80) being provided on the gown body (10) and used for separating the nonsterile area (12) from contacting the sterile area (11), thus preventing the nonsterile area (12) from contaminating the sterile area (11). When medical staff uses the surgical gown, because of the presence of the contamination prevention structure (80) separating the nonsterile area (12) from contacting the sterile area (11), the nonsterile area (12) is prevented from contaminating the sterile area (11), and the prevention of cross contamination of the sterile area (11) by the nonsterile area (12) is ensured when the medical staff is in a sitting posture. This allows the medical staff to rest timely during a surgery instead of continuously standing for an extended time for fear of the nonsterile area (12) contaminating the sterile area (11), thus reducing work intensity for the medical staff.
