Abstract:
The present invention relates to a surgical instrument for facelift in order to insert a cogless thread into the skin for wrinkle removal, comprising: a probe portion, of a tubular shape in which a through hole is formed in a lengthwise direction, having a front end portion on one side thereof which can be inserted into the skin; and a sheath which is extended from a rear end portion on the other side of the probe portion, communicates with the inside of the through hole while having a diameter greater than the diameter of the through hole of the probe portion, and is composed of a body having a sheath hole into which a needle can be inserted, wherein a direction guiding portion is provided to protrude from an inner surface of the probe portion to the through hole so that a branchpoint is provided to enable the needle to run at an angle by means of the direction guiding portion when passing through the through hole of the probe portion.
