Abstract:
A surgical instrument for piercing tissues, comprising an outer member (1) used for defining a longitudinal axis and having a peripheral wall (11); and an inner member (2) at least partially arranged in the outer member (1) and comprising a piercing member (21) close to a distal end (10) of the outer member (1). The surgical instrument further comprises a distraction assembly (3) detachably sleeved outside the peripheral wall (11) of the outer member (1), and a transmission mechanism (35) linked to an actuator (34). The transmission mechanism (35) is provided with a transmission ring (351) at least locally connected to a distraction portion (32). Under the action of a surgeon operating the actuator (34) to slide along the longitudinal axis direction with respect to the distraction assembly (3), the transmission ring (351) of the transmission mechanism (35) is triggered, so as to switch a relatively folded or expanded state of the distraction portion (32) and then achieve a distracted or non-distracted state of an elastic film (33). The present invention has the advantages that the surgical instrument for piercing the tissues can be fixed to a body wall of a patient, and the operation of requiring inflation of gas or liquid is omitted.
