The embodiment of the present application provides a surgical navigation device, comprising a surgical instrument, a positioning unit and a display unit; wherein the display unit is arranged on the surgical instrument; and the positioning unit is configured to capture the spatial position and posture of the surgical instrument and of the operative region; the display unit is configured to display a virtual surgery scene, and to update the position and the posture of a virtual surgery instrument and a virtual surgery region in the virtual surgery scene according to the spatial position and the posture of the surgical instrument and the operative region. The embodiment of the present application provides a surgical navigation device. The display unit is arranged on the surgical instrument such that the orientation of the display unit is consistent to that of the surgical instrument, frequent adjustment of the line of sight of the doctor is avoided, the information of the surgical navigation device can be more intuitively fed back to the doctor to direct the operation in a real environment; the attention of the doctor is guaranteed to be focused on the surgical operation and surgical safety can be improved.
