A surgical traction apparatus of the present invention comprises: a moving body unit inserted into a body and including a magnetic body; a hook unit connected to the moving body unit in the body and performing traction on a subject in the body; an operating unit operating, outside the body, in vivo movement of the moving body unit; and a magnet unit mounted on the operation unit and having adjustable magnetic intensity.
