Abstract:
A surgical upper computer for a total knee arthroplasty surgery, and a total knee arthroplasty surgery system, which relate to the field of surgical devices. The surgical upper computer comprises a processor and a memory, wherein the memory stores a plurality of computer programs, and when the plurality of computer programs are respectively executed by the processor, the processor respectively executes a plurality of operation modes of the surgical upper computer. The plurality of operation modes comprise: displaying, to a user, information to be input, wherein said information comprises a dynamic change interval of included joint angles, and a relationship between the included joint angles and thrusts applied between a femur and a tibia or a relationship between formed clearances; applying the thrusts during the process of dynamically adjusting the included joint angles, and collecting data of a correlation between the thrusts and the clearances; and visually displaying the data of the correlation. The total knee arthroplasty surgery system can collect and display forces and clearances of soft tissue in a total knee arthroplasty surgery in a rational manner.
