Abstract:
The present invention relates to sushi having a gradient surface formed by overlapping different types of raw fish and, more specifically, to sushi having a gradient surface formed between overlapped raw fish, in which a first slanted body and a second slanted body, which are formed by obliquely cutting first raw fish and second raw fish, respectively, are brought into contact with each other and adhered, so that the patterns of the first raw fish and the second raw fish are formed as gradient surfaces, and thus, different types of raw fish are naturally overlapped to be formed as a single piece to create a special aesthetic appearance, which enhances appetite, allowing one to taste several types of raw fish at the same time in a single piece of sushi.
