Abstract:
A suspended valve plate oil replenishing/discharging piston structure and a use method therefor. The structure comprises an oil replenishing/discharging piston (10), an oil discharging valve plate group (11), and an oil replenishing valve plate group (12). A first accommodating groove (101) is embedded at one distal extremity of the oil replenishing/discharging piston (10); a second accommodating groove (102) is embedded at the other distal extremity of the oil replenishing/discharging piston (10). The oil discharging valve plate group (11) is mounted within the first accommodating groove (101); the oil replenishing valve plate group (12) is mounted within the second accommodating groove (102). Provided between the groove opening of the first accommodating groove (101) and the oil discharging valve plate group (11) is a first spring (13) used for limiting the travel of the oil discharging valve plate group (11); provided between the groove opening of the second accommodating groove (102) and the oil replenishing valve plate group (12) is a second spring (14) used for limiting the travel of the oil replenishing valve plate group (12). The employment of the design of suspended valve plates greatly solves the technical problem of the valve plates being prone to deformation and damages and ensures the service life of a shock absorber.
