Abstract:
A suspension cable structure (100, 200, 300) and a lighting device (50), relating to the lighting device (50) using a suspension cable for electric conduction. The suspension cable structure (100, 200, 300) comprises a conductive wire (102), multiple supporting strands (104), and a protective layer (106); the conductive wire (102) has a first wire body (1021) made of a first material; the multiple supporting strands (104) surround the conductive wire (102), and each of the supporting strands (104) has multiple supporting wires (1041) made of a second material; the protective layer (106) covers the conductive wire (102) and is located between the conductive wire (102) and the supporting strands (104); the supporting strands (104) and the protective layer (106) are conductive; the protective layer (106) is made of a third material; the first material, the second material, and the third material are different. The conductive wire (102) can be covered with the protective layer (106), and the protective layer (106) can be made of an oxidized material or a material that is not prone to oxidation, thereby avoiding oxidation of the conductive wire (102); the supporting strands (104) surround the conductive wire (102) and contact the periphery of the protective layer (106), and the supporting strands (104) and the protective layer (106) can prevent the conductive wire (102) from being exposed to the external environment, thereby further reducing the risk of oxidation of the conductive wire (102).
