Abstract:
A suspension chain ultrasonic automatic cleaning machine adaptable to clean cylinder liner, comprising a frame (1); a tensioning device (14) and a transmission device (2) comprising a suspension chain (13) are mounted on the frame; an ultrasonic wash tank (3), an ultrasonic rinsing tank (4), a bubble hot wash tank (5), a blow drying room (6) and a closed stoving case (7) are further mounted on the frame (1); an ultrasonic washing reservoir (8) is mounted above both of the ultrasonic wash tank (3) and the ultrasonic rinsing tank (4); an ultrasonic vibrating board (11) is mounted on two sides of the ultrasonic wash tank (3), and a heating tube (12) is mounted in the ultrasonic wash tank (3); an inner board (81), a partition board (82), a first fan (83) and a reservoir heating tube (84) are mounted in the ultrasonic washing reservoir (8), and the ultrasonic washing reservoir (8) is respectively in communication with the ultrasonic wash tank (3) and the ultrasonic rinsing tank (4) via an inlet tube (10) and an overflow tube (9); a bubble hot heating tube (51) is mounted in the bubble hot wash tank (5); a blow drying airflow pump (61) is mounted on the blow drying room (6); a multi-wing centrifuge draft fan (13) is mounted under the closed stoving case (7); the suspension chain (13) is annularly mounted on the frame (1) via a tensioning wheel, thereby continuously and automatically cleaning a cylinder liner.
