Abstract:

According to the present invention, a road surface assessment unit (84) for assessing road surface conditions has a threshold setting unit (845) that sets a threshold for assessing the road surface conditions, wherein a target control amount value is multiplied by a coefficient determined by the result of the assessment by the road surface assessment unit (84).
