Abstract:
Provided is a suspension controller that can minimize erroneous detection (erroneous assessment) of malfunctions. The suspension controller is provided with a control unit that controls a damping-force-adjustable shock absorber. The control unit is provided with a target voltage value setting unit that determines a target voltage value to be applied to an electrode on the basis of the detection result of a vehicle behavior detector, a current detector that detects the current value that is in effect when the target voltage value determined by the target voltage value setting unit is applied, and a malfunction assessment unit that assesses there to be a malfunction when the current value is within a malfunction range. The malfunction assessment unit is provided with a time measurement unit that measures the time since the current value entered the malfunction range, and the target voltage value is corrected in accordance with the value measured by the time measurement unit.
