Abstract:
This suspension device 20 comprises: a damping device; a UI 70 operated to set an expansion adjustment value for adjusting the damping force during expansion when the change rate in relative displacement between a vehicle body and a wheel is positive, a compression adjustment value for adjusting the damping force during compression when the change rate is negative, and a zero adjustment value for adjusting the damping force at zero when the change rate is zero; and a control device 100. The control device 100 uses: a base damping force and the expansion adjustment value, or the base damping force, expansion adjustment value, and zero adjustment value when determining the target value for the damping force during expansion; the base damping force, compression adjustment value, and zero adjustment value, or the base damping force and compression adjustment value when determining the target value for the damping force during compression; and the base damping force and zero adjustment value when determining the target value for the damping force at zero.
