Abstract:
Disclosed is a suspension device (S) comprising an actuator (A) including a motion converting mechanism (T) for converting a linear motion into a rotary motion, and a motor (M) connected to a rotary motion member (1) for exhibiting the rotary motion in the motion converting mechanism (T). Further comprised is a fluid pressure damper (D) connected to a straight-motion member (2) for exhibiting the linear motion in the motion converting mechanism (T). Still further comprised are an outer cylinder (27) connected to the actuator (A), and a bearing (34) mounted on a rod (31) or a cylinder (32), which is connected to the straight-motion member (2) of the fluid pressure damper (D), for sliding in the inner circumference of the outer cylinder (27). Thus, the suspension device (S) can improve the reliability and the riding comfortableness of a vehicle.
