A suspension module having a cushioning effect, and a backpack. The suspension module comprising: a housing (100), the housing (100) being provided with an opening at the top and one or more guide grooves (130); a pull rod (200), passing through the opening to be slidably connected to the guide groove (130), wherein the pull rod (200) is provided with a cavity, a movable rod (250) is arranged in the cavity, one end of the movable rod (250) passes through the cavity and can move up and down, a pin shaft (252) is arranged on the movable rod (250), and the pin shaft (252) can limit the moving distance of the movable rod (250); a first elastic assembly (310), wherein the upper end of the first elastic assembly (310) is connected to the pull rod (200), and the lower end of the first elastic assembly (310) is connected to the housing (100); a second elastic assembly (320), wherein the upper end of the second elastic assembly (320) is connected to the movable rod (250); and the lower end of the second elastic assembly (320) is connected to the housing (100). Using the suspension module having the cushioning effect, cushioning under different loads is achieved by means of the first elastic assembly (310) and the second elastic assembly (320), the load threshold range is large, the occupied space is small, and the application range is wide.
