Abstract:
[Problem] To provide a suspension for a parallel reaction, a parallel reaction using the suspension, and a screening method that utilizes the parallel reaction. [Solution] Gel particles made of low-melting agarose have a retiform structure due to the hydrogen bonds between polysaccharide chains; single-stranded DNA having a length within a range of 15 to 50 bases, which functions as a nucleic acid amplification reaction primer, and nitrilotriacetic acid (NTA), as a substance that recognizes a protein having a specific tag sequence, are immobilized in a portion of the retiform structure.
