Abstract:
[Problem] To smoothly discharge a stirred object after stirring without forming a puddle. [Solution] In a tank 2 in which a plurality of materials are mixed to produce a suspension, a connection hole 2A continuous with the inner bottom surface of the tank 2 is formed in the bottom, and the connection hole 2A is provided with an opening/closing valve 3 that is opened when the suspension is discharged. A valve case 3 of the opening/closing valve 3 has a connection path 3Ba connected to the connection hole 2A, and an inclined discharge path 3Bb capable of communicating with the connection path 3Ba and inclined such that the axis separates from the tank 2 toward the downstream side. The valve shaft 3A can selectively take a communicating-allowing position at which the connection path 3Ba is opened and the connection path 3Ba and the inclined discharge path 3Bb are allowed to communicate, and a communication-blocking position at which communication between the connection path 3Ba and the inclined discharge path 3Bb is blocked. The connection hole 2A and the inner bottom surface of the tank 2 (the upper surface of a tank bottom plate 2C) have a positional relationship such that when the inner bottom surface of the tank 2 is extended out of the tank 2, the outer circumferential edge of the connection hole 2A comes into contact with the inner bottom surface of the tank 2.
