Abstract:
A suspension type refractory thermal-insulation assembly for a large-capacity oxygen-aluminum co-production electrolytic cell, relating to the technical field of aluminum smelting. The assembly comprises a metal rod, a flexible tube, a thermal-insulation layer, and a refractory layer; the metal rod is isolated from an aluminum electrolytic cell by means of the refractory layer; the metal rod is enclosed by the flexible tube, and an anti-expansion and anti-oxidation buffer powder mixture is loaded between the metal rod and the flexible tube; the flexible tube is enclosed by the thermal-insulation layer; the refractory layer is disposed below the thermal-insulation layer; the thermal-insulation layer and the refractory layer are sealed therebetween; the metal rod, the thermal-insulation layer, and the refractory layer are fixedly connected. A refractory thermal-insulation assembly which can be freely combined, and is easy to lift and lower and convenient to move is provided for a large-capacity non-carbon anode vertical electrolytic cell, and the problem of rupture of a refractory thermal-insulation material caused by the connection between the refractory thermal-insulation material and metal due to the thermal expansion or oxidation of the metal is solved.
