Abstract:
The present invention relates to a packaging comprising the composition of at least one flexible film (casing), containing attached internally, externally or between films, a section of blade/plate semi-rigid material or flexible reinforced (skeleton/soul) perimeter less than the flexible film (casing) that contains it, so that, when the packaging, the union formed of at least two opposite edges, semi-rigid or flexible material (skeleton/soul), tend to go back to your original form, gives the packaging a predetermined format. This is a particularly flexible, self-sustaining rolled. Such packaging offers a combination of advantages noted in flexible packaging in combination with advantages of rigid packaging, particularly on the possibility of stacking and ease of manufacturing and handling. Further, the present invention refers to a process of preparation of the said packaging.

Claims:
CLAIMS

1. Packaging particularly for packaging liquids, granulates, powder and solids characterized by comprising:

-a structure (skeleton/soul) (1 ) formed from at least one blade (4) formed from semi-rigid material or reinforced film showing predetermined format;

-at least a casing (2) formed from a flexible material that comprises at least two edges opposite (3) substantially, being that the casing (2) features perimeter dimensions at least substantially identical to those of the structure (1 ), and preferably larger than the dimensions perimeter of the internal structure-skeleton/soul (1 ), in which the packaging is mounted with the union of at least two edges (3) of the casing (2).

2. Packaging according to claim 1 characterized by the film reinforced or semirigid material of the blade (4) of the skeleton/soul (1 ) preferably be a plastic that has a medium modulus and elongation under pressure disappears completely when the pressure is removed tending to return to your original format.

3. Packaging according to claim 1 or 2 characterized by flexible material of the casing (2) be selected among films of PP (polypropylene), PE (polyethylene), bioplastics and many others that make up bags for example of snacks, or even cellulosic films or even specialty papers that can be used in the future in this process.

4. Packaging according to any one of claims 1 to 3 characterized by the structure (skeleton/soul) (1 ) be able to comprise a plurality of blades (4).

5. Packaging according to any one of claims 1 to 3 characterized by the structure (skeleton/soul) (1 ) be formed by a blade (4) of semi-rigid material or reinforced film containing creases (5) or be wrinkled after the junction of the structure (skeleton/soul) (1 ) to casing (2).

6. Packaging according to any one of claims 1 to 5 characterized by being fully closed with the union of edges arranged perpendicularly to edges (3).

7. Packaging according to any one of claims 1 to 6 characterized by cylindrical, oval or polygonal format, example, cobblestone, prismatic, pyramidal, trunk- conical, tapered, trunk-pyramidal, prismatic-trunk.

8. Preparation process of packaging as defined in any one of claims 1 to 7 characterized by comprising the following steps:

-Selecting material for preparation of at least one blade (4) will form the skeleton/structure/soul (1 );

-Selecting material for preparation of the casing (2);

-Positioning at least one blade (4) to form the frame (skeleton/soul) (1 ) wrapped (2) overlapping;

-Preparing the packaging with desired format having the casing (2) containing the frame (skeleton/soul) (1 );

-Promoting packaging with the closure of at least two edges (3) present in extremities of the casing (2).

9. Packaging characterized by being obtainable by the process as defined in claim 8.

10. Packaging according to any one of claims 1 to 7 characterized by be to packaging products in powder, liquids, granulates and solids.

11. Packaging according to claim 8 characterized by being prepared in continuous film, and can be rewound and used in Vertical and Horizontal Form Fill Seal and Flow Pack packaging machines.

Description:
Specification of a patent of invention for "SUSTAINABLE AND FLEXIBLE PACKAGING AND PROCESS TO PREPARE SAID PACKAGING"

FIELD OF THE INVENTION

[001]. The present invention relates to a packaging comprising the composition of at least one flexible film (casing), containing attached internally, externally or between films, a section of blade/plate semi-rigid or flexible material reinforced (skeleton/soul), smaller than the perimeter flexible film (casing) that contains it, so that, when the packaging, the union formed of at least two opposite edges, semi-rigid or flexible material (skeleton/soul), tend to go back to your form original, gives the packaging a predetermined format. This is a particularly flexible, self-sustaining rolled. Such packaging offers a combination of advantages noted in flexible packaging in combination with advantages of rigid packaging, particularly on the possibility of stacking and ease of manufacturing and handling.

[002]. Further, the present invention refers to a process of preparation of the said packaging.

FUNDAMENTALS OF INVENTION

[003]. Persons skilled on the art know that there are currently different types and models of flexible packaging for bottling solid or liquid products in food, cosmetic, "pets", hygiene and cleaning fields, among others, whose forms of presentation and structure differ according to the product to bottling.

[004]. One of the major concerns of the market and that directly impacts on the cost of the final product is bottled the mechanical feature of the packaging, i.e. its capacity and storage of the product form and the possibility of embedding and transport of multiple packagings (arranging and stacking); because these products packed and boxed for shipping between the factories and distribution centers and retail centers, must traverse great distances and, thus, the structure of packagings becomes very important and affects the transport type and the volume to be carried at a charge and, therefore, the final cost of the product. [005]. Another very important aspect to be checked on the packaging is if and how can this packaging be stacked and arranged in points of sale (shelves, shelves and counters). In this sense, the format defined and Packaging mechanical structure interfere frontally in the kind of exposure that product at the points of sale.

[006]. Accordingly, to meet the needs of stacking, emerged on the market the self portable packaging (self-sustaining) compiled on the basis of cardboard paper, owned by the Tetrapak ®. This packaging allows the filling only in specific lines of your manufacturer, which is a limiting aspect to other packaging industries.

[007]. This solution of the Tetrapak ® presents the features while filling the packaging form {Form Fill Seal), however, due to the different composition materials, does not allow recycling or composting of packaging when discarded.

[008]. Another aspect of this solution of disadvantageous Tetrapak ® is that it doesn't allow packaging of solids or powders and that it only allows stacking if you don't have a lid or curvature at the top (example: old carton of milk long life). And, finally, your structural design allows only small variations in your design, resulting in a few packaging formats, even for customers and/or different brand products.

Further, it should be mentioned the packaging of type bag stand up pouch "which are self portable, i.e., self-sustaining, but have the disadvantage that almost every filling machines; in your vast majority Form Fill Seal (FFS), not allow or accept such constructiveness. So, there is no filling of the product while the packaging (FFS), forcing the bottling of the product after Packaging formation, setting up separate operating two steps.

In addition to the inconvenience of filling not concomitant with the formation of the packaging bag type {stand-up pouch), this won't admit to stacking, is for transport, be it for exhibition in gondola or shelf at the point of retail. And finally, its conformation aesthetics hardly admit variation in your format.

One of the characteristics of laminated packaging is the union of two or more flexible films that, according to their properties, will provide the necessary requirements for packaging, the packaging and protection, productivity and transportation and product display in the shelves.

Another feature of the laminates is the possibility of several materials of different properties on a single laminar structure, diversifying the possibilities of application, according to the product being bottled; besides being extremely economical with regard to the relationship of quantity of material used in packaging for quantity of packed product.

However, despite all the advantages of diversification possibility checked on packagings, rolled a big disadvantage when it comes to your mechanical and structural resistance (format) because, due to your flexibility all structural products bottled in laminated packaging are limited to be exposed in a single level without stacking, because packaging adopts structural format your content.

[0016]. The patent document BR 10 2013 027062 8 describes a packaging for fragile foods comprising a plastic hard tray cased with a thermo-sealable flexible plastic bag, the tray comprising dividers and plastic bag comprising a carrying strap.

[0017]. Other patent documents as EP 2 374 725 and US 5,123,527 also refer to trays made of hard material by flexible film. [0018]. Furthermore, the document BR 1 104357-1 reveals a conditioning and transporting packaging of chemical products composed of two integrated parts, namely, a flexible bag wrap and inner drive, and said the bag is waterproof made of plastic with opening.

[0019]. Other patent documents as BR 9813081 -1 , BR 0713108-9 and US 2017/1 13236 describe packaging also composed a bag or receptacle and flexible internal hard wrap.

[0020]. Moreover, the documents of patent BR 0804308-6, US 2017/1 13236, US 8,151 ,992, WO 2016/120550, US 2012/0106877, US 3,249,286 and US 5,205,651 refer to rigid packaging or packagings made of flexible material, or start from a rigid packaging involve it with flexible film.

[0021]. Therefore, does not exist in the state of the art solution equivalent to the presented here in this invention that combines technical differentiators, economic advantages with production in scale, at low cost and industrial applicability and safety allies reliability.

OBJECTIVES OF THE INVENTION

[0022]. Thus, it is an objective of the present invention to provide a sustainable and flexible laminated packaging that is integrated in a single composition.

[0023]. It is also an objective of the present invention to provide a packaging produced with low cost.

[0024]. Another objective of this invention is to provide a sustainable and flexible laminated packaging that allows your recycling after use.

[0025]. Another objective of this invention is to provide a sustainable and flexible laminated packaging that allows the packaging of any product type, solid, granulated, liquid or powdered.

[0026]. Another objective of this invention is to provide a packaging that can replace the rigid, flexible packaging and paper card, where you put a bag in a box (used for frozen), currently known. [0027]. Another objective of this invention is to provide a versatile, capable of meeting any type of industry.

[0028]. Another objective of this invention is to provide a packaging capable of stacking.

[0029]. Another objective of this invention is to provide a flexible packaging with features of a typical rigid packaging paper or card and that dispense packaging, container or inner receptacle.

[0030]. Is another of the objectives of the present invention provide a packaging that can be made with the most varied shapes and dimensions.

[0031]. Is another of the objectives also to provide a packaging that can be used universally in Form Fill Seal packaging machines (FFS) where the packaging is formed at the same time as the product is packed, requiring only small adaptations, and therefore a universal and immediate application.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

[0032]. The present invention achieves these and other objectives by means of a packaging which includes:

[0033]. (1 ) a structure comprising at least one blade of semi-rigid or flexible film material (that when at rest tend to go back to the original form), named skeleton/soul;

[0034]. (2) casing formed from a flexible material, and preferably at least one flexible film;

[0035]. The casing features perimeter dimensions larger than the dimensions perimeter of the skeleton/soul;

[0036]. When the packaging is mounted with the union of at least two opposite edges of the casing;

[0037]. The present invention Further reaches those and other objectives through a process of preparation of the packaging object of the present invention comprising the following steps: [0038]. -Selecting material for preparation of at least one blade that will form the skeleton/soul;

[0039]. -Selecting material for preparation of the casing;

[0040]. -Positioning at least one blade to form the skeleton/soul into the casing for overlay;

[0041]. -Preparing the packaging with desired format having the casing and the skeleton/soul;

[0042]. -Promoting packaging with the closure of at least two opposite edges. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWINGS

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

[0070]. The present invention refers to a flexible laminated packaging and self- sustainable. The present invention relates to a packaging comprising the composition of at least one flexible film (casing), containing attached internally, externally or between films a semi-rigid material blade section or flexible film reinforced (skeleton/soul) smaller than the perimeter of the enclosure. This is a packaging that includes a structure formed from a skeleton/soul semi-rigid material or reinforced flexible film comprising at least one blade with predetermined format attached to a casing of flexible material that protects the said skeleton/soul, preferably with the perimeter of the enclosure dimensions larger than the dimensions perimeter of the skeleton/soul.

[0071]. The object of the present invention comprises packaging:

[0072]. -a structure (skeleton/soul) (1 ) comprising at least one blade (4) semirigid material or reinforced flexible film showing predetermined format,

[0073]. -casing (2) formed from a flexible material, preferably at least one flexible film;

[0074]. Being that the casing (2) features perimeter dimensions larger than the dimensions of the perimeter structure (skeleton/soul) (1 ); [0075]. When the packaging is mounted with the union of at least two opposite edges.

[0080]. The skeleton/soul (1 ) can present various formats such as but not limited to: square, rectangle, rhombus, triangle, among others. Further, the skeleton/soul (1 ) in alternative achievements can be hollowed, corrugated, cross-linked, present relief, crease (5), among other possibilities or other characteristics of the order or providing material saving textures and shapes.

In a first preferred embodiment of the present invention, illustrated in figures 1 to 4, the packaging object of the present invention comprises a structure (skeleton/soul) (1 ) formed from a flat/plane blade (4) of a material semi-rigid applied to a casing (2). The position of these two parts of the packaging object of the present invention can vary as can be seen from Figures 2 and 4. Further, the packaging can comprise two casings (2) involving the structure or skeleton/soul (1 ) on both sides as can be seen from Figure 3. [0082]. Based on this preferred embodiment, it is possible to prepare the packaging with circular cross section forming a cylindrical-shaped packaging as shown in Figure 5.

[0083]. With this same logic, it is possible to prepare packaging with elliptical cross-section, for example (not illustrated in figures). Further, cross sections may have different dimensions in packaging formed, resulting in a conical shaped packaging or even log-taper.

[0084]. You can see from the figures 16 to 25, that the flat/plane blades (4) may be the most different formats causing changes in the skeleton/soul (1 ). With these alternatives, reach different packaging formats for different uses. Figures 16 to 25 feature favorite examples applied to the first achievement illustrated in figures 1 favorite to 5. However, these options can be applied in other favorite achievements and also in other formats mentioned here can be applied on the packaging object of the present invention. In a second preferred embodiment of the present invention, illustrated in figures 6 to 10, the packaging object of the present invention comprises an internal structure or skeleton/soul (1 ) formed from a plurality of blades flat and plane (4) of semi-rigid material or reinforced film and at least a casing (2) formed from flexible film. As can be seen from Figure 6, the blades (4) skeleton/soul (1 ) that form the structure (1 ) are positioned so adjacent to each other and their total area must be less than the area of the casing (2).

[0097]. The position of these two parts of the packaging object of the present invention can vary as can be seen from Figures 7 and 9. Further, the packaging can comprise two casings (2) involving the skeleton/soul (1 ) on both sides as can be seen from the Figure 8.

Based on this preferred embodiment, it is possible to prepare the casing with quadrangular cross-section forming a parallelepiped-shaped packaging as shown in Figure 10 with the composition shown in any of the 6 Figures 9 and the packaging with the folding spans formed between the blades (4) of the skeleton/soul (1 ) tiled.

With this same logic, it is possible to prepare packaging with rectangular cross-section or diamond or even format format of polygons with 3 sides or more, for example (not illustrated in figures). The amount of sides determined in packaging cross-section will be by the number of blades (4) positioned side by side forming the skeleton/soul (1 ). Further, cross sections may have different dimensions in packaging formed, resulting in a pyramidal or prismatic shape or even trunk-trunk-prismatic or pyramidal.

In a third preferred embodiment of the present invention, illustrated in figures 1 1 to 15, the packaging object of the present invention comprises an internal structure or skeleton/soul (1 ) formed from a flat/plane blade (4) stiffer, or of reinforced film, with creases (5) spaced and arranged in vertical direction from the packaging to be set and at least one casing (2) formed from flexible film. As can be seen from Figure 1 1 , the flat/plane blade (4) that forms the skeleton/soul (1 ) is placed on the casing (2) having creases (5) arranged over the whole blade (4) of the skeleton/soul (1 ).

[00101]. The position of these two parts of the packaging object of the present invention can vary as can be seen from the Figures 12 and 14. Further, the packaging can comprise two casings (2) involving the internal structure- skeleton/soul (1 ) on both sides as can be seen from the Figure 13.

Based on this preferred embodiment, it is possible to prepare the casing with quadrangular cross-section forming a pack in box format as illustrated in Figure 15 with lock the composition shown in any of the Figures 1 1 to 14 and the packaging with the folding creases (5) present in the blade (4) of the skeleton/soul
