Abstract:
Disclosed are sustained-release microparticles with excellent properties and a drug formulation containing said sustained-release microparticles. Said microparticles, which support a supported substance, are capable of: sufficiently controlling the release of the supported substance; sufficiently diffusing the supported substance even in a medium such as water; and gradually releasing, in respective desired amounts, two or more supported substances that have different solubilities in water. The disclosed sustained-release microparticles contain a supported substance, microscopic particles with a mean diameter in the 20-300 µm range, and a coating agent.
