Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method for preparing sustained-release microspheres that facilitate control of sustained release. When microspheres are prepared using the present invention, a temperature-sensitive polymer, which is gelled in a state in which an active drug is collected therein, forms particles, made of a biodegradable polymer, within microspheres, and thus drug-containing sustained-release microspheres with excellent sustained-release for stably allowing the sustained-release of an effective concentration of a drug for a long time can be prepared.
