Abstract:
A pharmaceutical composition, comprising: a. a liquid oil; b. at least one pharmaceutically acceptable gelator, wherein the gelator is selected from: a fatty acid, a fatty alcohol, a fatty acid glyceride, a sterol, a sorbitol fatty acid ester, a poloxamer, a polyoxyethylene alkyl ether, a polyoxyethylene castor oil derivative, a polysorbate, and polyoxyethylene stearate; and c. at least one pharmaceutically active ingredient. The pharmaceutical composition is a semi-solid at room temperature, can be used as a drug reservoir at a drug delivery part, is convenient for clinical drug delivery, and has small irritation. The pharmaceutical composition is suitable for pharmaceutical preparations having anesthetic and analgesic activities, the release of active ingredients is continuous and stable, and injectable drug delivery and topical drug delivery can be used.
