Abstract:
A suturing and ligating device for medical treatment capable of cutting a suturing and ligating member such as a ligating wire by an extremely simple operation without allowing a holding member to come out of a flexible sheath. With the wire holding member (22) abutted on the tip of the inner sheath (7), the ligating wire (18) is pulled to a base end side by a slider (32) and an organism tissue is sewn or ligated with the ligating wire. In this case, the slider (32) is holdingly fixed to an operation part body (31) by engaging a fixing screw (40) with an engagement recessed part (41). Thus, the wire holding member can be held in an abutted state on the tip of the inner sheath.
