Abstract:
A sweat absorbing and wicking fiber, a silver ion and flame retardant composite fiber shell fabric and a manufacturing method therefor. The composite fiber shell fabric is made by mixing and spinning Coolmax fibers and polyester blended yarns, wherein the volume percent of the two fibers is 28% Coolmax fiber : 72% polyester blended yarn. By providing the Coolmax fibers, the sweat absorption property and the wicking property of the shell fabric can be greatly improved, such that the dryness of the shell fabric is greatly improved. By treating the shell fabric with silver ions, the antibacterial property of the shell fabric can be improved. By impregnating the shell fabric, the antibacterial property of the shell fabric can be further improved, odors due to microorganism growth can be inhibited, and also some common human body odors are absorbed, such that the fabric is kept smelling fresh and the growth of various gram-negative bacteria, gram-positive bacteria and fungi can be controlled effectively. By means of a padding operation, the flame retardance of the shell fabric can be improved.
